Solution: Disable USB 3.0 on BIOS
-Enter BIOS and look for USB 3.0 setting.
-Select Disable or if disable option is not available select Auto.
IF you are using DVD to Install Windows 7
This error pop-out when you have faulty Windows 7 installation DVD. You need to create new Installation disk (Using new DVD). Faulty Windows 7 installation disk could be your DVD disk or DVD drive faulty. The best way is to create a bootable USB installation disk.
IF you can't disable USB 3.0
If your computer BIOS does not have an option to change the USB 3.0 setting, you need to integrate the USB 3.0 driver into your windows 7 installation disk. You can obtain USB 3.0 drivers from your computer manufacturer download page. The most common USB 3.0 port used on current computer and laptop is Intel USB 3.0 which you can download the driver software from Intel website.
